Mustafa Hyder Sayed is Executive Director of PAIDAR. He has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Hobart William Smith (HWS) Colleges in the United States, where he also was awarded a Congressional Internship to work in the US Congress.
He also worked in leading Think Tanks in Washington, DC, like the New America Foundation and Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
As Dongfang Scholar at the prestigious Peking, he studied and interacted with students from the Global South, especially Africa.
He is also Executive Director of Pakistan-China Institute and Action for Climate Change, a think tank on the environment in which capacity, he participated and spoke at COP 28 in UAE. HE is also Vice Chairman of the Youth Wing of the International Conference on Asian Political Parties (ICAPP), the leading organization representing Political Parties of Asia. He has done research on BRI projects in Africa.
